Shareholder Offer by Cortegrande AG
HeiQ has today published the formal shareholder offer document relating to the voluntary acquisition offer by Cortegrande AG for shares in HeiQ Limited. The document contains the full terms of the offer, shareholder alternatives, valuation considerations, indicative timetable, and acceptance procedures.
The Offer Period is expected to commence on 30 September 2026 and close at 1:00 p.m. (London time) on 19 October 2026, unless extended. Shareholders will receive separate instructions from Computershare regarding participation in the offer process.
Shareholders are encouraged to read the offer document carefully and attend the information meeting on the 24th September 2:00 p.m. (London time) before making any decision.
